Refund Policy

Because every item in our shop is custom-printed just for you right here in Mobile, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, cancellations, or store credit under any circumstances — including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Dissatisfaction with the final print/color (colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and fabric)

  • Delays in shipping or delivery

  • Personal preference after receiving the item

This strict policy helps us keep prices affordable and waste low, since we can't resell personalized or custom-printed merchandise.

Exceptions — Only for Our Mistakes

If we send you the completely wrong item (e.g., wrong design, wrong color shirt style entirely, or major printing defect that makes the garment unwearable), contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

We'll review it case-by-case and, at our sole discretion, may offer:

  • A reprint/replacement (you'll need to return the original defective item at our expense)

  • A partial refund or store credit (rarely offered)

We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless it's our error, and we do not refund original shipping fees.

Important Reminders

  • Double-check your size, design, spelling, and shipping address before placing your order — we print exactly what you approve!

  • All items are made fresh after your order is placed; we cannot cancel or modify orders once processing begins (usually within 24–48 hours).

  • We are not responsible for USPS carrier issues, lost packages (beyond basic insurance), or customs fees (though we don't ship internationally).
