Welcome to MobileTees! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, placement of orders, and purchase of our merchandise. By accessing our site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We are a small, independently owned shop proudly based in Mobile, Alabama, USA.
1. Use of Our Website
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., for suspected fraud or policy violations).
2. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy — not a contract until we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment received.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method.
We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
Sales Tax: We collect and remit Alabama sales tax where required by law. For out-of-state orders, tax is collected only if required under current economic nexus rules.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages (beyond what insurance covers), or issues caused by incorrect addresses you provide.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because most items are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final except in cases of our error (wrong item, printing defect, etc.).

Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a replacement or refund at our discretion (including return shipping if it's our mistake).

Change of Mind/Size Issues: No refunds/exchanges for custom or printed items. Pre-made stock items may be eligible for exchange (subject to restocking fees and condition).

Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Alabama Word of Mouth (and its owners, employees, etc.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services — even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), except as required by Alabama law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site/services after changes constitutes acceptance.
