We work hard to get your fresh new threads to you as quickly as possible! Here's everything you need to know about shipping from our little corner of the Gulf Coast.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom or pre-order items may take 5–10 business days to produce before shipping — we'll note this on the product page if applicable.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We design, print, and prepare everything with love right here in Mobile, so please be patient during busy seasons (holidays, local events, etc.)!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Track your package directly on the USPS website. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order confirmation, just drop us a line!
Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs issues (though we don't ship internationally yet).

If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days.

Lost or damaged packages? We'll work with USPS to file a claim — reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping address changes after the order has shipped may incur additional fees or be impossible — double-check at checkout!
